Trade List:
Following is a list of items that I need to have done around the Reading Clinic. I am happy to trade tuition for this work. This list changes from time to time as work is finished and new repairs are needed.
TRADE # 1
I need a person who is knowledgeable about plumbing to do some work under my house. This work will start directly under the toilet and replace ancient plumbing connections that lead to the sewer drain and the septic tank. The pipe from the house to the septic tank has been replaced. It is the upgrading under the house that is needing special attention.
All of the waste water drain system, except the toilet, was completely replaced about 10 years ago, but is needing some re-modeling to make it more serviceable. I will pay for any needed materials.
This is a job that I am willing to exchange for at least 10 hours of tutoring credit.
TRADE # 2
Someone knowledgeable in cement work will be able to earn at least 20 hours of tuition credit. I need a bulkhead on the side of the house where we crawl under to get to the plumbing. It will require pouring cement wings out from the house to direct the roof run-off away from the house. It will also require building a sump under the house and installing a sump pump. I will pay for all materials.
TRADE # 3
I have trees down and ready to split into firewood. Some of the tree pieces need to be cut into shorter lengths. There is at least 10 hours of trade available here.
I am looking for:
A good set of used kitchen cabinets
New or used carpet for the kitchen
